The city of Leuven is promoting their Friday evening concerts this month, using bus-stickers, ads, banners and posters. Today I saw the first bus driving around with the Beleuvenissen campaign.

Leuven hosts a series of Friday evening concerts in July at its annual summer festival, Beleuvenissen. Every evening showcases a genre. From the Oude Markt to the Hogeschoolplein, the medieval town rocks to the sound of ‘jazz’, ‘Special’, ‘Vlaams’ and ‘Tropical’.

The banners promoting Beleuvenissen 2009 were installed today in the centre of Leuven. TODAY designed the Beleuvenissen2009 campaign, banners, brochure, T-shirts, posters and bus-stickers.

The second AD for Wijnmakelaarsunie was also published in Sabato (the weekly luxury magazine of the Belgian business newspapers De Tijd and L’Echo).

Wijnmakelaarsunie celebrates in june its 30th anniversary with a 3-days tasting event, giving their clients a 30% reduction on a selection of wines.

As of today (9th May 2009), the newspaper ‘De Tijd’ is printed on pink paper. Its weekly magazine Sabato contained the Taste&Buy ad from our new client Wijnmakelaarsunie. Wijnmakelaarsunie celebrates its 30th anniversary with a 3-days tasting event, giving their clients a 30% reduction on a selection of wines. Sabato is the weekly luxury magazines of the Belgian business newspapers De Tijd and L’Echo. The campaign was developed by the Leuven based designbureau Today. 

After the lauch of the Pegase Citytrips, Pegase will be releasing their latest travel brochure: Cruises. Today Design created this cover, and designed the template for future Pegase product covers. This Cruises Brochure can be consulted online via: Pegase-Cruises

From 14 till March 22 Vierkantemeter is using their brand new logo for the first time at the event SFEER09 in Flanders Expo Gent. Today designed the logo, stationery and folder.

All street signs of the Town Hoeilaart are slowly being replaced by new ones. These streetsigns were developed by Today according to the new visual guidelines of Hoeilaart (displaying the new logo, colours, fonts, …)

Each year, The ‘Week of the Flavour’ has a host City, Town or Region of the Flavour, organising an abundance of activities during the ‘Week of the Flavour’, The last day of that ‘Week of the Flavour’, the City, Town or Region in question will host everyone from the Flanders region during their grand closing festival.

In 2009, the city of Leuven is the ‘City of the Flavour’. Leuven takes over the torch from Lier. The latter carried this title with great honour in 2008. In 2007, the city of Kortrijk was bestowed with the title, and in 2006 Hasselt was nominated as the first ever ‘City of the Flavour’.

Brand design bureau Today, housed in Leuven, designed the new logo for ‘Leuven, City of the Flavour 2009’ / ‘Leuven, Stad van de Smaak 2009’.

Pegase recently launched their new website, for which the design (look&feel) was handled by Today Design. The website is now completely in line with the graphical style of the Pegase travel guide that was given a complete makeover by Today at the end of 2008.
